Weather and Tides

It is Island Time Charters #1 goal to provide a safe and enjoyable cruise experience. Thus, when we feel the weather is unsafe, we will not go out. If there are any questionable weather conditions such as high winds and lightening in the area, we will keep a very close watch on the local radar. If the weather is threatening, we will take every measure necessary to adjust our course to safer conditions or head to land.

If there is any question regarding the weather during your trip, please give us a call. We will adjust the schedule of your cruise if necessary, or if we cancel the trip it will be at no charge to you. If we are forced to end early due to weather, you will certainly not be charged for your cruise time missed. We always want to ensure a positive and safe experience aboard Island Time Charters. Also, we want you to be advised that it is common that there is a chance of showers oftentimes forecast for summer afternoons but it rarely interferes with the enjoyment of our cruises.
